The spacious 2-bedroom unts are ideal for up to 6 people, are fully furnished with their own fully-equipped kitchen, with upper and lower floor double bedrooms, bathroom and spacious living room.

Complimentary car parking is directly outside or close to the units. All units are smoke-free.

Situated on the northern side of Dunedin, New Zealand, Aberdeen Motel is just a 2-minute walk to restaurants, shopping centre and Botanic Gardens, with just a 5-minute drive to the city shopping centre.
